Hello, I’m Annaliese and I am the founder of Utilising Insights Ltd., a user-centred design consultancy. My fascination with observing, studying, and interpreting human behaviour, inspired by Sherlock Holmes, led me to earn a First-Class Honours degree in Neuropsychology and an MSc in Investigative Psychology with Distinction.
